Magic Mirror Chrome Powder 10g

Using Instructions: 
-Apply base coat smoothly on nails 
-Put nails under UV lights for about 30 seconds (90% dry) 
-Rub the pigment on the nails, use a brush to remove the sparkles. 
-Apply top coat smoothly. 
-Put nails under UV lamps to make it dry, then finish.
