Voesh Pedi in a Box Deluxe 4 Step is a single-use spa pedicure kit: one box holds four pre-portioned packets, enough for one complete pedicure. Nothing is shared between clients, so each service starts with a sealed kit.

What is inside each box

1. Sea Salt Soak: detoxifies and deodorizes the feet
2. Sugar Scrub: gently exfoliates dead skin
3. Mud Masque: cleanses pores for smoother skin
4. Massage Butter: hydrates and soothes the skin

Scents and their key ingredient

We stock 20 scents. Voesh spells the first one "Charcoal Power Detox".

How to use

1. Sea Salt Soak: pour into a warm foot bath and mix well. Soak the feet for 5 to 10 minutes.
2. Sugar Scrub: massage onto the feet and lower legs, rinse with lukewarm water and towel dry.
3. Mud Masque: apply to the feet and lower legs, leave on for 3 to 5 minutes until dry, then rinse and pat dry.
4. Massage Butter: massage into the feet and lower legs until fully absorbed.

1. Order Processing Time

• • Standard Processing: All Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Cut-off Time: orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are often shipped the same day.
  • You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

        2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We ship across Canada. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

         3. Local Pickup

Live in the GTA? Skip the shipping fees!
• Location: 8555 McCowan Rd Unit 4, Markham, ON L3P 1W9
• Pickup Hours: Mon-Sat 10 AM - 6 PM, Sunday 11 AM - 5 PM
• Process: Select "Pick up" at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready (usually within 2-4 hours). 

        4. Important Restrictions

Due to safety regulations, certain professional nail products are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) or "Flammable" (e.g., Acetone, Monomer, some Alcohol-based products).
• Ground Only: These items must be shipped via Ground transportation. They cannot be shipped via Express Air methods.
• If your cart contains DG items, Express shipping options may not be available at checkout.

        5. Cold Weather Warning

           Living in Canada, we know the cold!
           Some products (like certain Gels or Lotions) can be sensitive to freezing                               temperatures. While we pack orders carefully, M1 Nail & Beauty Supply is not                     responsible for products damaged due to freezing during transit.
           • Tip: If it is extremely cold (-10°C or below), we recommend monitoring your                       tracking closely to bring the package inside immediately upon delivery.

       6. Damages & Issues

          Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you            receive the wrong item:
          1. Take a photo of the damaged item and the box.
          2. Email us at support@monesupply.ca within 48 hours of delivery.
          3. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
