M1 Nail & Beauty Supply - Return & Refund Policy


1. General Return Policy: All Sales Final


To ensure the safety and hygiene of our customers, all sales are final.
Due to the nature of beauty and nail products (chemicals, gels, tools, and sanitary items), we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has left our warehouse. This guarantees that every product you receive from M1 Nail & Supply is 100% new, authentic, and untampered with.
Please review your order carefully (colors, sizes, and quantities) before confirming your purchase.


2. Damages & Wrong Items (The Exception)


We stand behind the quality of our packing. If you receive an order that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

  • Reporting Window:  Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.
  • How to Report: Email info@monesupply.ca  with:
    1. Your Order Number.
    2. Photos of the damaged product and the shipping box.
    3. A brief description of the issue.
  • Resolution: We will offer a replacement or Store Credit for the damaged items.


3. Electronics & Equipment Warranty

For electronic devices such as E-Files (Nail Drills) and UV/LED Lamps:

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA): If the device does not work out of the box, please contact us within 48 hours for an immediate exchange.
  • Manufacturer Warranty: After the initial 48-hour period, all electronics are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We can assist you in contacting the manufacturer for repair or replacement, but M1 Nail & Supply does not provide direct in-store warranty services after the initial period.


4. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they have been processed for shipping.

  • Once you receive a tracking number, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • If you refuse a package upon delivery, a 20% restocking fee and the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.


5. Color Disclaimer
Please note that colors on your screen (phone/computer) may vary slightly from the actual product color due to screen resolution and lighting. Slight color variations are not considered product defects and are not eligible for return.
