Lotion FAQ
Lotion or hand cream: what is the difference?
Lotion is lighter, spreads over large areas and absorbs quickly, so it suits the massage at the end of a service. Hand cream is thicker and is made for small amounts through the day, which is why it comes in tubes that clients can carry.
How do I refill station bottles from a gallon?
Empty and wash the pump bottle, let it dry completely, then refill it; do not top up a half-full bottle. Keep the gallon capped, pour rather than dipping anything into it, and label each bottle with the scent.
