Which patch to choose
- Neck. The Tongrentang Neck Thermal Sheet is a three-lobed patch for the back of the neck.
- Waist. The Tongrentang Waist Thermal Sheet is butterfly-shaped for the lower back.
- External use only. Apply to clean, dry, unbroken skin, follow the wearing time printed on the box, and remove the patch if the skin stings or turns red.

How do I apply a mugwort thermal patch?
Clean and dry the skin, peel off the backing and press the patch onto the area so the edges lie flat. Wear it no longer than the time printed on the box, then peel it off slowly. The patches are single-use, so take a new one each time.
