At the end, after the top coat is cured and wiped. Oil left on the nail before the base coat stops gel from bonding, so keep it off the nail plate until the service is finished.
Cuticle oil or cuticle remover: what is the difference?
Cuticle remover is a fast-acting softener that helps you push back and lift dead cuticle tissue during prep, and is rinsed off. Cuticle oil is a conditioner that stays on the skin after the service.
