How to choose salon bed sheets
- Measure the bed. The terry fitted sheets are labelled 90 x 200 cm, the flat-woven fitted sheet is 75 x 180 cm, and the non-woven rolls are 31 x 71 in.
- Face hole or not. Pick a face hole if your bed has a breathing hole for face-down treatments.
- Layer them. Lay a disposable sheet over a fitted sheet and change the top layer for each client; wash the fitted sheet as your routine requires.

Disposable non-woven sheets need no laundry: tear off a fresh one for each client and throw it away. Fitted cotton or terry sheets feel softer and are reused, but they must be washed between clients, or covered with a disposable sheet that you change each time.
What is the face hole in a bed sheet for?
It lines up with the breathing hole of a massage or facial bed, so the client can lie face down and breathe comfortably during back treatments. Choose a sheet without a face hole for beds without a breathing hole and for face-up services such as facials and lash work.
