Triple Lanolin Aloe Vera vs Mango Vera
Both lotions share one lanolin and aloe vera base. Choose Aloe Vera when clients want almost no scent, and Mango Vera when you want a fruity scent at the station.

How nail salons use Triple Lanolin
- Finish the scrub or mask step and dry the skin.
- Dispense one or two pumps of lotion into your palm.
- Massage the hands and forearms, or the feet and lower legs, until the lotion is absorbed.
- Before polish or gel, wipe the nail plates clean so no lotion is left on the nails.

What is the difference between Triple Lanolin Aloe Vera and Mango Vera?
The scent and the colour. Both are light, non-greasy lotions built on lanolin and aloe vera, and King Research publishes the same base ingredient list for both. Aloe Vera has a mild fragrance and no added colour; Mango Vera has a mango scent and is tinted with FD&C Yellow #5 and D&C Red #33.
Is Triple Lanolin lotion greasy?
King Research describes both the Aloe Vera and the Mango Vera lotion as light and non-greasy, and says they absorb quickly without leaving the skin sticky. That is why nail salons use them for the massage step: the client can put shoes on or have polish applied soon after.
What are the ingredients in Triple Lanolin Aloe Vera lotion?
King Research lists: Water, Mineral Oil, Aloe Vera, Glyceryl Stearate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate, Glycerine, Dimethicone, Phenoxyethanol, Lanolin, Imidazolidinyl Urea, Fragrance, Hydroxypropyl Guar. Mango Vera adds FD&C Yellow #5 and D&C Red #33. No parabens appear in this list, but formulas change over time, so read the label on your own bottle.
Is Triple Lanolin lotion vegan?
No. Lanolin is a wax taken from sheep's wool, so every Triple Lanolin lotion contains an animal-derived ingredient. Clients with a known wool or lanolin allergy should not use it.
Can Triple Lanolin lotion be used in a lotion warmer?
King Research states that the Aloe Vera lotion can be used directly from the bottle or tube and can also be used in a warmer. It does not make the same statement for Mango Vera.
Which size should a nail salon buy?
Most salons keep one 20 oz pump bottle at each station and refill it from a 1 gallon jug; a gallon holds about six and a half 20 oz bottles. Cases of 12 bottles and cases of 4 gallons are there for salons that go through lotion quickly.
