Gollee Cream Glue Remover (R-02) is a thick cream that dissolves eyelash extension glue in 1 to 3 minutes. Because it is a cream and not a liquid or gel, it stays where you put it and does not run toward the eye. The jar holds 15 g.

How to use it
- Place eye pads under the lower lashes and have the client keep their eyes closed for the whole removal.
- Pick up a small amount of cream with a micro brush and work it onto the bonding area only, away from the lash line.
- Wait 1 to 3 minutes for the glue to soften.
- Slide the extensions off with a clean micro brush. Do not pull.
- Wipe off all the cream and rinse the natural lashes thoroughly before a new set.
Good to know
- For professional use only. It is not for clients to remove their own extensions at home.
- Leftover remover on the lashes will weaken the next set, so rinse and dry before you re-lash.
- Close the jar tightly after each use.

We ship across Canada. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
3. Local Pickup
Live in the GTA? Skip the shipping fees!

• Pickup Hours: Mon-Sat 10 AM - 6 PM, Sunday 11 AM - 5 PM
• Process: Select "Pick up" at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready (usually within 2-4 hours).
4. Important Restrictions
Due to safety regulations, certain professional nail products are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) or "Flammable" (e.g., Acetone, Monomer, some Alcohol-based products).
• Ground Only: These items must be shipped via Ground transportation. They cannot be shipped via Express Air methods.
• If your cart contains DG items, Express shipping options may not be available at checkout.
5. Cold Weather Warning
Living in Canada, we know the cold!
Some products (like certain Gels or Lotions) can be sensitive to freezing temperatures. While we pack orders carefully, M1 Nail & Beauty Supply is not responsible for products damaged due to freezing during transit.
• Tip: If it is extremely cold (-10°C or below), we recommend monitoring your tracking closely to bring the package inside immediately upon delivery.
6. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item:
1. Take a photo of the damaged item and the box.
2. Email us at support@monesupply.ca within 48 hours of delivery.
3. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
