Nail preparation, removal, care, and precise filing in ultimate comfort and with serious control. E-file has a long-lasting rechargeable battery and is made with a balanced handpiece with a lightweight design that reduces fatigue during long days at the salon – or wherever! Equipped for a smarter workflow and lower vibration feedback, E-file is made to work as hard as you do without taking a toll on your body.

The LED screen will show the battery level, speed (KRPM), F/R status and faulty alarm (if any).

After connecting the handpiece to the e-file machine, turn on the rotary knob. A “click” sound will indicate the e-file machine has turned ON, with the LED screen lit up.

The speed is adjustable by turning the rotary knob left or right (Speed range: 0-35000rpm).

To pause the speed, press the rotary knob one time. The LED screen will indicate a “P” for pause. Press the rotary knob again to resume speed.

The direction of the drill bit can be changed by pressing the Forward/Reverse hexagon button on top.

Do not twist the spindle on the handpiece to the left during operation, the machine will stop working, followed by a red “!” on the LED screen after 5 seconds. To resume operation, rotate the ON/OFF knob to restart.

The LED battery indicator will flash when the battery levels are low.

When inserting a larger grinding bit, leave a bit of gap between the grinding bit and handpiece to avoid the handpiece running under resistance.

Due to safety regulations, certain professional nail products are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) or "Flammable" (e.g., Acetone, Monomer, some Alcohol-based products).
• Ground Only: These items must be shipped via Ground transportation. They cannot be shipped via Express Air methods.
• If your cart contains DG items, Express shipping options may not be available at checkout.
- Cold Weather Warning
Living in Canada, we know the cold!
Some products (like certain Gels or Lotions) can be sensitive to freezing temperatures. While we pack orders carefully, M1 Nail & Beauty Supply is not responsible for products damaged due to freezing during transit.
• Tip: If it is extremely cold (-10°C or below), we recommend monitoring your tracking closely to bring the package inside immediately upon delivery.
- Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item:
1. Take a photo of the damaged item and the box.
2. Email us at support@monesupply.ca within 48 hours of delivery.
3. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
