The La Palm Collagen Spa 7-Step with Bomber is a single-use pedicure kit: each kit holds six collagen treatment packets and a foot bath bomber for one service. Compared with the Volcano Spa kit it adds a muscle-relaxing gel and a serum packet the client takes home.

What is in each kit
- A. Collagen Crystals: a warm sea-salt soak.
- B. Collagen Sugar Cane Scrub: fine sugars and oils exfoliate.
- C. Collagen Cream Mask: a creamy mask that draws out impurities.
- D. Collagen Muscle-Relaxing Gel: massaged in for a warming effect on tired legs.
- E. Collagen Massage Lotion: hydrates with oils and plant-based collagen.
- F. Collagen Serum Lotion: a packet to give the client to take home.
- Bonus: Foot Bath Bomber for the soak.

- Standard Processing: All Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- Cut-off Time: orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are often shipped the same day.
- You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We ship across Canada. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
3. Local Pickup
Live in the GTA? Skip the shipping fees!
• Location: 8555 McCowan Rd Unit 4, Markham, ON L3P 1W9
• Pickup Hours: Mon-Sat 10 AM - 6 PM, Sunday 11 AM - 5 PM
• Process: Select "Pick up" at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready (usually within 2-4 hours).
4. Important Restrictions
Due to safety regulations, certain professional nail products are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) or "Flammable" (e.g., Acetone, Monomer, some Alcohol-based products).
• Ground Only: These items must be shipped via Ground transportation. They cannot be shipped via Express Air methods.
• If your cart contains DG items, Express shipping options may not be available at checkout.
5. Cold Weather Warning
Living in Canada, we know the cold!
Some products (like certain Gels or Lotions) can be sensitive to freezing temperatures. While we pack orders carefully, M1 Nail & Beauty Supply is not responsible for products damaged due to freezing during transit.
• Tip: If it is extremely cold (-10°C or below), we recommend monitoring your tracking closely to bring the package inside immediately upon delivery.
6. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item:
1. Take a photo of the damaged item and the box.
2. Email us at support@monesupply.ca within 48 hours of delivery.
3. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
