Volcano Spa - 6 Step x 36 (Case)

The La Palm Volcano Spa 6-Step pedicure is a single-use "spa in a box": this case holds 36 boxes, and each box holds pre-measured packets for one complete pedicure service. Volcano Crystals and Volcano Activator react in the foot bath to bubble and fizz, then a sugar scrub, collagen cream mask and collagen massage lotion finish the service.

What is in each box

1. Detox Volcano Crystals: spread the full packet through warm spa water.
2. Detox Volcano Activator: add straight away to start the bubbling "eruption", then soak the feet for about three minutes.
3. Exfoliating Sugar Scrub: massage in, rinse and towel dry.
4. Collagen Cream Mask: apply over legs and feet, wrap in a warm towel for 10 minutes, then rinse.
5. Collagen Massage Lotion: massage in until absorbed.
6. Spa liner for the pedicure tub.

Scents: Lemongrass & Ginger, Raspberry Plum, Green Tea & Aloe Vera, Honey Pearl, Lavender Eruption, Jasmine, Ocean Pearl, Orange No.5, Romance, Tiki Island, Tropical Citrus.

1. Order Processing Time

• • Standard Processing: All Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Cut-off Time: orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are often shipped the same day.
  • You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

        2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We ship across Canada. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

         3. Local Pickup

Live in the GTA? Skip the shipping fees!
• Location: 8555 McCowan Rd Unit 4, Markham, ON L3P 1W9
• Pickup Hours: Mon-Sat 10 AM - 6 PM, Sunday 11 AM - 5 PM
• Process: Select "Pick up" at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready (usually within 2-4 hours). 

        4. Important Restrictions

Due to safety regulations, certain professional nail products are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) or "Flammable" (e.g., Acetone, Monomer, some Alcohol-based products).
• Ground Only: These items must be shipped via Ground transportation. They cannot be shipped via Express Air methods.
• If your cart contains DG items, Express shipping options may not be available at checkout.

        5. Cold Weather Warning

           Living in Canada, we know the cold!
           Some products (like certain Gels or Lotions) can be sensitive to freezing                               temperatures. While we pack orders carefully, M1 Nail & Beauty Supply is not                     responsible for products damaged due to freezing during transit.
           • Tip: If it is extremely cold (-10°C or below), we recommend monitoring your                       tracking closely to bring the package inside immediately upon delivery.

       6. Damages & Issues

          Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you            receive the wrong item:
          1. Take a photo of the damaged item and the box.
          2. Email us at support@monesupply.ca within 48 hours of delivery.
          3. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
