Silk B Epilating Cotton Roll #5577 is the Hard & Thick grade of waxing strip: a 3 inch x 100 yard roll that you cut to the length you need and use with soft (strip) wax. How to use it
- Cut strips to the length of the area you are waxing. Cut a batch before the client arrives.
- Spread a thin layer of warm soft wax in the direction of hair growth.
- Lay the strip over the wax and press it down firmly, leaving a free end to hold.
- Hold the skin taut and pull the strip back against the direction of hair growth, close to the skin.

All four rolls are the same 3 inch x 100 yard size. They differ in how firm the fabric is.

Good to know
- The roll carries no wax. It is used together with a soft hair removal wax.
- Hard wax is lifted off by hand and does not need strips.
- One strip can take several pulls on the same client, then goes in the bin. Use fresh strips for each client.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We ship across Canada. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
3. Local Pickup
Live in the GTA? Skip the shipping fees!

• Pickup Hours: Mon-Sat 10 AM - 6 PM, Sunday 11 AM - 5 PM
• Process: Select "Pick up" at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready (usually within 2-4 hours).
4. Important Restrictions
Due to safety regulations, certain professional nail products are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) or "Flammable" (e.g., Acetone, Monomer, some Alcohol-based products).
• Ground Only: These items must be shipped via Ground transportation. They cannot be shipped via Express Air methods.
• If your cart contains DG items, Express shipping options may not be available at checkout.
5. Cold Weather Warning
Living in Canada, we know the cold!
Some products (like certain Gels or Lotions) can be sensitive to freezing temperatures. While we pack orders carefully, M1 Nail & Beauty Supply is not responsible for products damaged due to freezing during transit.
• Tip: If it is extremely cold (-10°C or below), we recommend monitoring your tracking closely to bring the package inside immediately upon delivery.
6. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item:
1. Take a photo of the damaged item and the box.
2. Email us at support@monesupply.ca within 48 hours of delivery.
3. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
