Uhox Collagen Moisture Modeling Mask Powder 1 kg is a 1 kg bag of peel-off modeling mask powder for professional facials: mixed with water it sets into a rubbery mask that lifts off in one piece. The label describes it as a modeling mask containing collagen and hyaluronic acid, for moisturizing the skin.

How to use

1. Mix powder and water 1 : 1.
2. Stir well for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth.
3. Apply to the face, keeping clear of the eyes.
4. Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes, then peel the mask off in one piece.

Good to know

• Do not use near the eyes or on skin with a wound. Store sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity.
• Mix only what you need for one client: the mask starts to set within minutes.
• For external, cosmetic use only. Keep out of reach of children, avoid contact with the eyes, and stop using it if irritation or a rash occurs.

1. Order Processing Time

• • Standard Processing: All Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Cut-off Time: orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are often shipped the same day.

        2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We ship across Canada. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

         3. Local Pickup

Live in the GTA? Skip the shipping fees!
• Location: 8555 McCowan Rd Unit 4, Markham, ON L3P 1W9
• Pickup Hours: Mon-Sat 10 AM - 6 PM, Sunday 11 AM - 5 PM
• Process: Select "Pick up" at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready (usually within 2-4 hours). 

        4. Important Restrictions

Due to safety regulations, certain professional nail products are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) or "Flammable" (e.g., Acetone, Monomer, some Alcohol-based products).
• Ground Only: These items must be shipped via Ground transportation. They cannot be shipped via Express Air methods.
• If your cart contains DG items, Express shipping options may not be available at checkout.

        5. Cold Weather Warning

           Living in Canada, we know the cold!
           Some products (like certain Gels or Lotions) can be sensitive to freezing                               temperatures. While we pack orders carefully, M1 Nail & Beauty Supply is not                     responsible for products damaged due to freezing during transit.
           • Tip: If it is extremely cold (-10°C or below), we recommend monitoring your                       tracking closely to bring the package inside immediately upon delivery.

       6. Damages & Issues

          Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you            receive the wrong item:
          1. Take a photo of the damaged item and the box.
          2. Email us at support@monesupply.ca within 48 hours of delivery.
          3. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
