Gollee Eye Cleaning Solution is a 135 ml (4.6 oz) liquid cleanser that removes excess oil and dirt from the eyelashes and the skin around the eyes. The bottle has a press-down pump head: you push a cotton pad onto it and the pad comes up soaked. Lash artists use it before extensions or a lash lift, because adhesive and lift lotion work best on clean, oil-free lashes.

How to use it
- Place a cotton pad or swab over the pump head and press 1 to 3 times to soak it.
- Hold it lightly on the closed eye, over the lashes, for 2 to 3 seconds.
- Gently wipe the lashes and the skin around the eye.
- Before a lash service, let the lashes dry completely before you apply any adhesive.
Good to know
- Do not use on broken skin. If the client has any adverse reaction, stop using it immediately. Keep out of reach of children.
- Dry lashes matter: water left on the lashes makes cyanoacrylate glue cure too fast and turn white.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We ship across Canada. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
3. Local Pickup
Live in the GTA? Skip the shipping fees!
• Location: 8555 McCowan Rd Unit 4, Markham, ON L3P 1W9
• Pickup Hours: Mon-Sat 10 AM - 6 PM, Sunday 11 AM - 5 PM
• Process: Select "Pick up" at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready (usually within 2-4 hours).
4. Important Restrictions
Due to safety regulations, certain professional nail products are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) or "Flammable" (e.g., Acetone, Monomer, some Alcohol-based products).
• Ground Only: These items must be shipped via Ground transportation. They cannot be shipped via Express Air methods.
• If your cart contains DG items, Express shipping options may not be available at checkout.
5. Cold Weather Warning
Living in Canada, we know the cold!
Some products (like certain Gels or Lotions) can be sensitive to freezing temperatures. While we pack orders carefully, M1 Nail & Beauty Supply is not responsible for products damaged due to freezing during transit.
• Tip: If it is extremely cold (-10°C or below), we recommend monitoring your tracking closely to bring the package inside immediately upon delivery.
6. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item:
1. Take a photo of the damaged item and the box.
2. Email us at support@monesupply.ca within 48 hours of delivery.
3. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
