Chartland Thermal Printer Rolls 2 1/4 in x 55 ft, 100 Rolls is a case of 100 white thermal paper rolls for card terminals and small receipt printers. Each roll is 2 1/4 inches wide and 55 feet long, about 1 3/5 inches across, and the box is marked BPA free.

How to use
- Check that your terminal takes 2 1/4 inch (57 mm) thermal rolls up to 40 mm in diameter.
- Drop the roll in with the paper feeding from the bottom, coated side toward the print head, and close the cover.
Good to know
- Thermal paper needs no ink or ribbon. If the print comes out blank, the roll is in upside down.
- Store rolls cool, dry and out of the sun; heat darkens the paper.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We ship across Canada. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
3. Local Pickup
Live in the GTA? Skip the shipping fees!
• Location: 8555 McCowan Rd Unit 4, Markham, ON L3P 1W9
• Pickup Hours: Mon-Sat 10 AM - 6 PM, Sunday 11 AM - 5 PM
• Process: Select "Pick up" at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready (usually within 2-4 hours).
4. Important Restrictions
Due to safety regulations, certain professional nail products are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) or "Flammable" (e.g., Acetone, Monomer, some Alcohol-based products).
• Ground Only: These items must be shipped via Ground transportation. They cannot be shipped via Express Air methods.
• If your cart contains DG items, Express shipping options may not be available at checkout.
5. Cold Weather Warning
Living in Canada, we know the cold!
Some products (like certain Gels or Lotions) can be sensitive to freezing temperatures. While we pack orders carefully, M1 Nail & Beauty Supply is not responsible for products damaged due to freezing during transit.
• Tip: If it is extremely cold (-10°C or below), we recommend monitoring your tracking closely to bring the package inside immediately upon delivery.
6. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item:
1. Take a photo of the damaged item and the box.
2. Email us at support@monesupply.ca within 48 hours of delivery.
3. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
