Silver Star Depilatory Double Heater

The Silver Star Depilatory Double Heater is a roll-on wax warmer with two handheld heaters on one base, so you can keep two wax cartridges warm at once. The box is marked "Le Depilatory Roll-On Wax Warmer". Each heater holds one roll-on wax cartridge; you lift it off the base and roll the wax straight onto the skin.

How to use it

1. Put a roll-on cartridge in each heater, set the heaters on the base and plug it in. Wait until the wax flows freely through the roller.
2. Test the temperature on the inside of your wrist, then roll a thin layer in the direction of hair growth.
3. Press an epilating strip over the wax, rub it down, hold the skin taut and pull the strip off quickly against the direction of growth.
4. Put the heater back on the base between passes so the wax stays warm.

• Two heaters let you keep two different waxes ready, or swap to a warm cartridge without waiting.
• Use one roller head per client; never roll the same cartridge on two people.

• • Standard Processing: All Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Cut-off Time: orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are often shipped the same day.

        2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We ship across Canada. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

         3. Local Pickup

Live in the GTA? Skip the shipping fees!
• Location: 8555 McCowan Rd Unit 4, Markham, ON L3P 1W9
• Pickup Hours: Mon-Sat 10 AM - 6 PM, Sunday 11 AM - 5 PM
• Process: Select "Pick up" at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready (usually within 2-4 hours). 

        4. Important Restrictions

Due to safety regulations, certain professional nail products are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) or "Flammable" (e.g., Acetone, Monomer, some Alcohol-based products).
• Ground Only: These items must be shipped via Ground transportation. They cannot be shipped via Express Air methods.
• If your cart contains DG items, Express shipping options may not be available at checkout.

        5. Cold Weather Warning

           Living in Canada, we know the cold!
           Some products (like certain Gels or Lotions) can be sensitive to freezing                               temperatures. While we pack orders carefully, M1 Nail & Beauty Supply is not                     responsible for products damaged due to freezing during transit.
           • Tip: If it is extremely cold (-10°C or below), we recommend monitoring your                       tracking closely to bring the package inside immediately upon delivery.

       6. Damages & Issues

          Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you            receive the wrong item:
          1. Take a photo of the damaged item and the box.
          2. Email us at support@monesupply.ca within 48 hours of delivery.
          3. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
