The Beauty Image Single Roll-on Warmer is a hand-held heater for one roll-on wax cartridge. Beauty Image states that it heats a cartridge in 20 to 30 minutes and then holds working temperature for 30 to 40 minutes off the cord, so there is no cable in the way while you wax. A thermostat keeps the wax from overheating, and the warmer comes with an insulating cover.

How to use it
- Insert a roll-on wax cartridge into the warmer.
- Plug in and switch on; allow 20 to 30 minutes for the wax to reach a honey-like consistency.
- Test the wax on your wrist, then lift the warmer off the cord or base and apply directly from the cartridge.
- Put the warmer back on power when the wax starts to thicken.
- To clean, unplug, let it cool completely and wipe with a soft damp cloth; keep water away from the electrical parts.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We ship across Canada. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
3. Local Pickup
Live in the GTA? Skip the shipping fees!

• Pickup Hours: Mon-Sat 10 AM - 6 PM, Sunday 11 AM - 5 PM
• Process: Select "Pick up" at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready (usually within 2-4 hours).
4. Important Restrictions
Due to safety regulations, certain professional nail products are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) or "Flammable" (e.g., Acetone, Monomer, some Alcohol-based products).
• Ground Only: These items must be shipped via Ground transportation. They cannot be shipped via Express Air methods.
• If your cart contains DG items, Express shipping options may not be available at checkout.
5. Cold Weather Warning
Living in Canada, we know the cold!
Some products (like certain Gels or Lotions) can be sensitive to freezing temperatures. While we pack orders carefully, M1 Nail & Beauty Supply is not responsible for products damaged due to freezing during transit.
• Tip: If it is extremely cold (-10°C or below), we recommend monitoring your tracking closely to bring the package inside immediately upon delivery.
6. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item:
1. Take a photo of the damaged item and the box.
2. Email us at support@monesupply.ca within 48 hours of delivery.
3. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
