Checi Pro Dual-Sided Foot File CH-824, Medium/Coarse is a double-sided foot file with a medium side and a coarse side. Checi says its dual-sided file is for average to severely rough skin, uses a hypoallergenic abrasive on sterilizable surgical stainless steel, and has no sharp cutting edges.

How to use
- Use it on dry feet before the soak, or on wet feet after it; Checi says its files work on both.
- File the callus with light, even strokes in one direction. Start with the coarse side, then smooth with the medium side.
- Wipe away the dust, rinse the foot and apply lotion.
Good to know
- Checi describes the surgical stainless steel as sterilizable and easy to clean.
- Do not file broken, inflamed or infected skin, and stop before the skin turns pink.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We ship across Canada. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
3. Local Pickup
Live in the GTA? Skip the shipping fees!
• Location: 8555 McCowan Rd Unit 4, Markham, ON L3P 1W9
• Pickup Hours: Mon-Sat 10 AM - 6 PM, Sunday 11 AM - 5 PM
• Process: Select "Pick up" at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready (usually within 2-4 hours).
4. Important Restrictions
Due to safety regulations, certain professional nail products are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) or "Flammable" (e.g., Acetone, Monomer, some Alcohol-based products).
• Ground Only: These items must be shipped via Ground transportation. They cannot be shipped via Express Air methods.
• If your cart contains DG items, Express shipping options may not be available at checkout.
5. Cold Weather Warning
Living in Canada, we know the cold!
Some products (like certain Gels or Lotions) can be sensitive to freezing temperatures. While we pack orders carefully, M1 Nail & Beauty Supply is not responsible for products damaged due to freezing during transit.
• Tip: If it is extremely cold (-10°C or below), we recommend monitoring your tracking closely to bring the package inside immediately upon delivery.
6. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item:
1. Take a photo of the damaged item and the box.
2. Email us at support@monesupply.ca within 48 hours of delivery.
3. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
