How to use

  1. Start with clean, dry lashes and no mascara.
  2. Brush lash bond along the base of your natural lashes, or onto the band of each cluster.
  3. Pick up a cluster with tweezers and place it under the natural lashes, a millimetre away from the lash line.
  4. Work from the outer corner inward, then pinch the clusters and natural lashes together to set.
  5. Remove with an oil-based or cluster lash remover; do not pull.

Good to know

  • Lash bond and remover are not included.
  • Clusters are meant for short wear; follow the instructions on your lash bond.

We ship across Canada. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

         3. Local Pickup

Live in the GTA? Skip the shipping fees!
• Location: 8555 McCowan Rd Unit 4, Markham, ON L3P 1W9
• Pickup Hours: Mon-Sat 10 AM - 6 PM, Sunday 11 AM - 5 PM
• Process: Select "Pick up" at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready (usually within 2-4 hours). 

        4. Important Restrictions

Due to safety regulations, certain professional nail products are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) or "Flammable" (e.g., Acetone, Monomer, some Alcohol-based products).
• Ground Only: These items must be shipped via Ground transportation. They cannot be shipped via Express Air methods.
• If your cart contains DG items, Express shipping options may not be available at checkout.

        5. Cold Weather Warning

           Living in Canada, we know the cold!
           Some products (like certain Gels or Lotions) can be sensitive to freezing                               temperatures. While we pack orders carefully, M1 Nail & Beauty Supply is not                     responsible for products damaged due to freezing during transit.
           • Tip: If it is extremely cold (-10°C or below), we recommend monitoring your                       tracking closely to bring the package inside immediately upon delivery.

       6. Damages & Issues

          Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you            receive the wrong item:
          1. Take a photo of the damaged item and the box.
          2. Email us at support@monesupply.ca within 48 hours of delivery.
          3. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
