General - Each Listed pump is provided with an instruction manual.
Manuals are optional for Recognized Components. The following information shall be provided. The word "WARNING" shall be in capital letters not less than 3/32 in. (2.4 mm) high. Wording equivalent to the following items may be used if described in individual end-product Procedure.

Submersible Well Pump-
"WARNING, Reduced risk of electrical shock during operation of this pump requires the provision of acceptable grounding:"
"1. If the means of connection to the supply-connection box is other than grounded metal conduit, ground the pump back to the service by connecting a copper conductor, at least the size of the circuit conductors supplying the pump, to the grounding screw provided within the wiring compartment."
"2. This pump is provided with a means for grounding. To reduce the risk of electric shock from contact with adjacent metal parts, bond supply box to the pump-motor-grounding means and to all metal parts accessible at the well head, including metal discharge pipes, metal well casing, and the like, by means of (1) an equipment grounding conductor at least the size of the well-cable conductors, or the equivalent, that runs down the well with the well cable and (2) a clamp, a weld, or both if necessary, secured to the equipment-grounding lead, the equipment-grounding terminal, or the grounding conductor on the pump housing. The equipment-grounding lead, if one is provided, is the conductor that has an outer surface insulation that is green with or without one or more yellow stripes".

Portable, Cord-Connected Pumps -
"WARNING, risk of electric shock - This pump is supplied with a grounding conductor and grounding-type attachment plug. To reduce the risk of electric shock, be certain that it is connected only to a properly grounded, grounding-type receptacle"

1. Order Processing Time

• • Standard Processing: All Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Cut-off Time: orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are often shipped the same day.
  • You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

        2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We ship across Canada. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

         3. Local Pickup

Live in the GTA? Skip the shipping fees!
• Location: 8555 McCowan Rd Unit 4, Markham, ON L3P 1W9
• Pickup Hours: Mon-Sat 10 AM - 6 PM, Sunday 11 AM - 5 PM
• Process: Select "Pick up" at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready (usually within 2-4 hours). 

        4. Important Restrictions

Due to safety regulations, certain professional nail products are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) or "Flammable" (e.g., Acetone, Monomer, some Alcohol-based products).
• Ground Only: These items must be shipped via Ground transportation. They cannot be shipped via Express Air methods.
• If your cart contains DG items, Express shipping options may not be available at checkout.

        5. Cold Weather Warning

           Living in Canada, we know the cold!
           Some products (like certain Gels or Lotions) can be sensitive to freezing                               temperatures. While we pack orders carefully, M1 Nail & Beauty Supply is not                     responsible for products damaged due to freezing during transit.
           • Tip: If it is extremely cold (-10°C or below), we recommend monitoring your                       tracking closely to bring the package inside immediately upon delivery.

       6. Damages & Issues

          Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you            receive the wrong item:
          1. Take a photo of the damaged item and the box.
          2. Email us at support@monesupply.ca within 48 hours of delivery.
          3. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
