How to use

  1. Pick the size that matches the width of the natural nail; file the sides of the tip if it is between sizes.
  2. Put nail glue in the well, press the tip on at 45 degrees and rock it down; hold for a few seconds.
  3. Cut to length, blend the seam with a file, then overlay with acrylic, gel or dip.

Good to know

  • Size 01 is the widest (thumb) and 10 the narrowest (small finger), as on most tip systems.

We ship across Canada. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

         3. Local Pickup

Live in the GTA? Skip the shipping fees!
• Location: 8555 McCowan Rd Unit 4, Markham, ON L3P 1W9
• Pickup Hours: Mon-Sat 10 AM - 6 PM, Sunday 11 AM - 5 PM
• Process: Select "Pick up" at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready (usually within 2-4 hours). 

        4. Important Restrictions

Due to safety regulations, certain professional nail products are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) or "Flammable" (e.g., Acetone, Monomer, some Alcohol-based products).
• Ground Only: These items must be shipped via Ground transportation. They cannot be shipped via Express Air methods.
• If your cart contains DG items, Express shipping options may not be available at checkout.

        5. Cold Weather Warning

           Living in Canada, we know the cold!
           Some products (like certain Gels or Lotions) can be sensitive to freezing                               temperatures. While we pack orders carefully, M1 Nail & Beauty Supply is not                     responsible for products damaged due to freezing during transit.
           • Tip: If it is extremely cold (-10°C or below), we recommend monitoring your                       tracking closely to bring the package inside immediately upon delivery.

       6. Damages & Issues

          Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you            receive the wrong item:
          1. Take a photo of the damaged item and the box.
          2. Email us at support@monesupply.ca within 48 hours of delivery.
          3. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
