ProNail Milky Base Coat is a milky-white, fast-drying base coat for regular nail lacquer. It gives polish an even layer to grip, and Chemco describes it as a base that also strengthens and hardens the nail to help prevent chipping. This is the 16 fl oz (473 ml) refill bottle for topping up the smaller brush bottles.

How to use it
- Start with clean, dry nails with no oil or lotion on the nail plate.
- Apply one thin coat of ProNail Milky Base Coat and let it dry.
- Apply two thin coats of nail polish.
- Finish with a top coat.
Good to know
- Shake the bottle before use so the milky part is evenly mixed.
- It is for regular lacquer and does not cure under a lamp.
- The 16 fl oz bottle has a plain cap and no brush. Pour it into a clean brush bottle and close both tightly; the solvents evaporate quickly.
- Flammable. Keep it away from heat and flame, use it with good ventilation, and keep it out of reach of children.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We ship across Canada. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
3. Local Pickup
Live in the GTA? Skip the shipping fees!

• Pickup Hours: Mon-Sat 10 AM - 6 PM, Sunday 11 AM - 5 PM
• Process: Select "Pick up" at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready (usually within 2-4 hours).
4. Important Restrictions
Due to safety regulations, certain professional nail products are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) or "Flammable" (e.g., Acetone, Monomer, some Alcohol-based products).
• Ground Only: These items must be shipped via Ground transportation. They cannot be shipped via Express Air methods.
• If your cart contains DG items, Express shipping options may not be available at checkout.
5. Cold Weather Warning
Living in Canada, we know the cold!
Some products (like certain Gels or Lotions) can be sensitive to freezing temperatures. While we pack orders carefully, M1 Nail & Beauty Supply is not responsible for products damaged due to freezing during transit.
• Tip: If it is extremely cold (-10°C or below), we recommend monitoring your tracking closely to bring the package inside immediately upon delivery.
6. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item:
1. Take a photo of the damaged item and the box.
2. Email us at support@monesupply.ca within 48 hours of delivery.
3. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
