RefectoCil Silicone Pads are the reusable successor to eye protection papers for lash tinting. They are self-adhesive, so no cream is needed, and the soft, impermeable silicone is non-slip and adapts to every eye shape. One pair can be used up to 100 times.
- Pack: 2 silicone pads (1 pair)
- How to use: place the shiny side on the skin right at the lid edge and press on gently, then apply the tint
- After processing, wipe the tint off directly on the pads with a damp cotton pad
- Cleaning: disinfect with an ultrasonic device or UV light, or sterilise with hot air (180°C for 30 minutes, 170°C for 60 minutes or 160°C for 120 minutes), steam or boiling water

- Standard Processing: All Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- Cut-off Time: orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are often shipped the same day.
- You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We ship across Canada. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
3. Local Pickup
Live in the GTA? Skip the shipping fees!
• Location: 8555 McCowan Rd Unit 4, Markham, ON L3P 1W9
• Pickup Hours: Mon-Sat 10 AM - 6 PM, Sunday 11 AM - 5 PM
• Process: Select "Pick up" at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready (usually within 2-4 hours).
4. Important Restrictions
Due to safety regulations, certain professional nail products are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) or "Flammable" (e.g., Acetone, Monomer, some Alcohol-based products).
• Ground Only: These items must be shipped via Ground transportation. They cannot be shipped via Express Air methods.
• If your cart contains DG items, Express shipping options may not be available at checkout.
5. Cold Weather Warning
Living in Canada, we know the cold!
Some products (like certain Gels or Lotions) can be sensitive to freezing temperatures. While we pack orders carefully, M1 Nail & Beauty Supply is not responsible for products damaged due to freezing during transit.
• Tip: If it is extremely cold (-10°C or below), we recommend monitoring your tracking closely to bring the package inside immediately upon delivery.
6. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item:
1. Take a photo of the damaged item and the box.
2. Email us at support@monesupply.ca within 48 hours of delivery.
3. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
