How to use it
- File off the shine of the top coat so the remover can get in.
- Soak a cotton pad, place it on the nail and wrap it in foil, or soak the fingertips in a bowl.
- Leave it to work for the removal time your gel or acrylic brand gives, then check one nail.
- Ease the softened product off with a pusher; re-wrap anything that resists instead of scraping.
Good to know
- Acetone dries the skin. Finish with cuticle oil and lotion.
- Hard gel does not soak off and has to be filed down.
- Salon refill size. Decant into a small labelled working bottle and keep the main container closed.
- Flammable. Keep away from heat, sparks and open flame, work with good ventilation and close the container tightly after use.
- For professional use only. Keep out of reach of children.

We ship across Canada. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
3. Local Pickup
Live in the GTA? Skip the shipping fees!

• Pickup Hours: Mon-Sat 10 AM - 6 PM, Sunday 11 AM - 5 PM
• Process: Select "Pick up" at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready (usually within 2-4 hours).
4. Important Restrictions
Due to safety regulations, certain professional nail products are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) or "Flammable" (e.g., Acetone, Monomer, some Alcohol-based products).
• Ground Only: These items must be shipped via Ground transportation. They cannot be shipped via Express Air methods.
• If your cart contains DG items, Express shipping options may not be available at checkout.
5. Cold Weather Warning
Living in Canada, we know the cold!
Some products (like certain Gels or Lotions) can be sensitive to freezing temperatures. While we pack orders carefully, M1 Nail & Beauty Supply is not responsible for products damaged due to freezing during transit.
• Tip: If it is extremely cold (-10°C or below), we recommend monitoring your tracking closely to bring the package inside immediately upon delivery.
6. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item:
1. Take a photo of the damaged item and the box.
2. Email us at support@monesupply.ca within 48 hours of delivery.
3. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
