Uhox Relaxing Foot Mask 1 Pair is a one-time-use, essence-soaked mask worn like a sock. The label says it provides deep hydration for rough, dry feet, and its tear-off toe tips make nail care and light activities possible without removing the mask.

How to use
- Wash and thoroughly dry your feet.
- Unfold the mask and gently spread the essence evenly.
- Put your feet into the essence-soaked mask and secure the ankle opening with the sticker.
- For mobility, tear off the perforated tips before or during use.
- After 15 to 20 minutes, remove the mask and massage the remaining essence into the skin.
Good to know
- A small amount of essence may seep around the perforated lines. The label says this is normal and does not affect the seal or quality.
- Use immediately after opening and do not re-use.
- In the salon it fits into a manicure or pedicure as the mask step, because the tips tear off and the nails stay accessible.
- For external, cosmetic use only. Keep out of reach of children, avoid contact with the eyes, and stop using it if irritation or a rash occurs.

- Standard Processing: All Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We ship across Canada. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
3. Local Pickup
Live in the GTA? Skip the shipping fees!
• Location: 8555 McCowan Rd Unit 4, Markham, ON L3P 1W9
• Pickup Hours: Mon-Sat 10 AM - 6 PM, Sunday 11 AM - 5 PM
• Process: Select "Pick up" at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready (usually within 2-4 hours).
4. Important Restrictions
Due to safety regulations, certain professional nail products are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) or "Flammable" (e.g., Acetone, Monomer, some Alcohol-based products).
• Ground Only: These items must be shipped via Ground transportation. They cannot be shipped via Express Air methods.
• If your cart contains DG items, Express shipping options may not be available at checkout.
5. Cold Weather Warning
Living in Canada, we know the cold!
Some products (like certain Gels or Lotions) can be sensitive to freezing temperatures. While we pack orders carefully, M1 Nail & Beauty Supply is not responsible for products damaged due to freezing during transit.
• Tip: If it is extremely cold (-10°C or below), we recommend monitoring your tracking closely to bring the package inside immediately upon delivery.
6. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item:
1. Take a photo of the damaged item and the box.
2. Email us at support@monesupply.ca within 48 hours of delivery.
3. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
