How to use
- Unplug the UV cabinet and let the old lamp cool.
- Turn the old lamp a quarter turn and slide it out of the two holders.
- Fit the new lamp the same way, holding it by the metal ends, and test the cabinet with the door closed.
Good to know
- UV-C light harms eyes and skin. Switch the cabinet off and unplug it before changing the lamp, and never look at a lit lamp.
- The lamp is marked "Contains Mercury": do not put a used or broken lamp in regular garbage; take it to a hazardous waste depot.
- Check the wattage and length printed on your old lamp before ordering.

• Process: Select "Pick up" at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready (usually within 2-4 hours).
4. Important Restrictions
Due to safety regulations, certain professional nail products are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) or "Flammable" (e.g., Acetone, Monomer, some Alcohol-based products).
• Ground Only: These items must be shipped via Ground transportation. They cannot be shipped via Express Air methods.
• If your cart contains DG items, Express shipping options may not be available at checkout.
5. Cold Weather Warning
Living in Canada, we know the cold!
Some products (like certain Gels or Lotions) can be sensitive to freezing temperatures. While we pack orders carefully, M1 Nail & Beauty Supply is not responsible for products damaged due to freezing during transit.
• Tip: If it is extremely cold (-10°C or below), we recommend monitoring your tracking closely to bring the package inside immediately upon delivery.
6. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item:
1. Take a photo of the damaged item and the box.
2. Email us at support@monesupply.ca within 48 hours of delivery.
3. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
