The box reads "Paperless Delay Long Mould": rapid extension, fits the nail surface, natural forming. Gel is placed inside the mould, pressed onto the nail and cured, and the mould pops off to leave a shaped extension. Three shapes: Coffin, Long Almond and Short Round.

How to use it
- Prep the nail and cure base gel.
- Pick a mould that matches the nail width and fill it with extension or builder gel, thinner near the cuticle end.
- Press it onto the nail at a slight angle, starting at the cuticle, and clean any gel that squeezes out.
- Cure under a UV / LED lamp, then wiggle the mould off.
- File the edges and finish with colour or top coat.

- Wash the moulds and reuse them; replace any that have gone cloudy or scratched inside.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We ship across Canada. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
3. Local Pickup
Live in the GTA? Skip the shipping fees!
• Location: 8555 McCowan Rd Unit 4, Markham, ON L3P 1W9
• Pickup Hours: Mon-Sat 10 AM - 6 PM, Sunday 11 AM - 5 PM
• Process: Select "Pick up" at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready (usually within 2-4 hours).
4. Important Restrictions
Due to safety regulations, certain professional nail products are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) or "Flammable" (e.g., Acetone, Monomer, some Alcohol-based products).
• Ground Only: These items must be shipped via Ground transportation. They cannot be shipped via Express Air methods.
• If your cart contains DG items, Express shipping options may not be available at checkout.
5. Cold Weather Warning
Living in Canada, we know the cold!
Some products (like certain Gels or Lotions) can be sensitive to freezing temperatures. While we pack orders carefully, M1 Nail & Beauty Supply is not responsible for products damaged due to freezing during transit.
• Tip: If it is extremely cold (-10°C or below), we recommend monitoring your tracking closely to bring the package inside immediately upon delivery.
6. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item:
1. Take a photo of the damaged item and the box.
2. Email us at support@monesupply.ca within 48 hours of delivery.
3. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
