YHH Primer 15 ml (平衡液) is a nail dehydrating primer from YHH 樱禾 that removes water and oil from the nail plate before base gel. YHH's directions: after buffing the natural nail and before base gel, brush on one thin coat. It works with any brand of base gel.

How to use it
- Push back the cuticle, buff the nail lightly and remove the dust.
- Brush one thin coat of primer over the natural nail.
- Let it dry until the nail looks chalky.
- Apply base gel and cure.
Good to know
- YHH warns: if prep has left a cut or broken skin, keep the primer away from it so it does not sting.
- For nails that still lift, add YHH Bonder after the primer.
- For professional use. Close the bottle tightly and keep it away from sunlight, heat and children.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We ship across Canada. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
3. Local Pickup
Live in the GTA? Skip the shipping fees!
• Location: 8555 McCowan Rd Unit 4, Markham, ON L3P 1W9
• Pickup Hours: Mon-Sat 10 AM - 6 PM, Sunday 11 AM - 5 PM
• Process: Select "Pick up" at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready (usually within 2-4 hours).
4. Important Restrictions
Due to safety regulations, certain professional nail products are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) or "Flammable" (e.g., Acetone, Monomer, some Alcohol-based products).
• Ground Only: These items must be shipped via Ground transportation. They cannot be shipped via Express Air methods.
• If your cart contains DG items, Express shipping options may not be available at checkout.
5. Cold Weather Warning
Living in Canada, we know the cold!
Some products (like certain Gels or Lotions) can be sensitive to freezing temperatures. While we pack orders carefully, M1 Nail & Beauty Supply is not responsible for products damaged due to freezing during transit.
• Tip: If it is extremely cold (-10°C or below), we recommend monitoring your tracking closely to bring the package inside immediately upon delivery.
6. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item:
1. Take a photo of the damaged item and the box.
2. Email us at support@monesupply.ca within 48 hours of delivery.
3. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
