RefectoCil Tint is the professional eyelash and eyebrow tint from Austria, an oxidative cream colour the brand has made since 1930. Each 15 ml tube is enough for up to 30 applications, and RefectoCil states that the colour lasts up to 6 weeks.

How to use
- Prepare: clean the area, then protect the skin with Skin Protection Cream & Eye Mask and Eye Protection Papers or Silicone Pads.
- Mix the tint 1:1 with RefectoCil Oxidant 3%, cream or liquid: 0.5 g of tint with 0.5 g of Oxidant, stirred fresh into a creamy paste.
- Apply to brows and lashes and leave on for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Remove with clean water and cotton pads. Wipe stains off the skin with Tint Remover.
- After Blonde Brow the tint time drops to 1 to 5 minutes; after a lift it is 2 minutes.
Blonde Brow
Blonde Brow is used on eyebrows only and is mixed differently: stir 2 cm of paste with 20 to 25 drops of Oxidant 3% Cream for at least 2 minutes. Leave on 5 minutes to lighten one level, 12 minutes for two and 20 minutes for three, then take it off with Micellar Eye Make-up Remover. It helps when tinting grey or coarse brows and lets dark brows take a lighter shade.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We ship across Canada. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
3. Local Pickup
Live in the GTA? Skip the shipping fees!

• Pickup Hours: Mon-Sat 10 AM - 6 PM, Sunday 11 AM - 5 PM
• Process: Select "Pick up" at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready (usually within 2-4 hours).
4. Important Restrictions
Due to safety regulations, certain professional nail products are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) or "Flammable" (e.g., Acetone, Monomer, some Alcohol-based products).
• Ground Only: These items must be shipped via Ground transportation. They cannot be shipped via Express Air methods.
• If your cart contains DG items, Express shipping options may not be available at checkout.
5. Cold Weather Warning
Living in Canada, we know the cold!
Some products (like certain Gels or Lotions) can be sensitive to freezing temperatures. While we pack orders carefully, M1 Nail & Beauty Supply is not responsible for products damaged due to freezing during transit.
• Tip: If it is extremely cold (-10°C or below), we recommend monitoring your tracking closely to bring the package inside immediately upon delivery.
6. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item:
1. Take a photo of the damaged item and the box.
2. Email us at support@monesupply.ca within 48 hours of delivery.
3. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
