Gelish pH Bond Nail Prep 0.5 oz is the dehydrating step of the Gelish system. Gelish says it balances the nail's pH and removes surface oils, so the base coat grips better and lifting is reduced.

How to use
- Shape the nail and lightly remove the shine; wipe off the dust.
- Brush pH Bond over the whole nail plate.
- Let it air dry; it dries fast and is not cured.
- Continue with ProBond or Foundation.
Good to know
- Gelish says it can be used before gel polish from other systems too.
- The Gelish gel polish order: pH Bond → Foundation → colour → Top It Off → Nourish. For hard gel and acrylic, ProBond goes on after pH Bond.
- For professional use. Avoid skin contact with uncured gel and keep the bottle away from sunlight and nail lamps.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We ship across Canada. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
3. Local Pickup
Live in the GTA? Skip the shipping fees!

• Pickup Hours: Mon-Sat 10 AM - 6 PM, Sunday 11 AM - 5 PM
• Process: Select "Pick up" at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready (usually within 2-4 hours).
4. Important Restrictions
Due to safety regulations, certain professional nail products are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) or "Flammable" (e.g., Acetone, Monomer, some Alcohol-based products).
• Ground Only: These items must be shipped via Ground transportation. They cannot be shipped via Express Air methods.
• If your cart contains DG items, Express shipping options may not be available at checkout.
5. Cold Weather Warning
Living in Canada, we know the cold!
Some products (like certain Gels or Lotions) can be sensitive to freezing temperatures. While we pack orders carefully, M1 Nail & Beauty Supply is not responsible for products damaged due to freezing during transit.
• Tip: If it is extremely cold (-10°C or below), we recommend monitoring your tracking closely to bring the package inside immediately upon delivery.
6. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item:
1. Take a photo of the damaged item and the box.
2. Email us at support@monesupply.ca within 48 hours of delivery.
3. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
