Lotus Smooth Exam Paper is a 24 inch x 225 foot roll of disposable table paper that covers a facial, waxing or massage bed with a clean sheet for every client. You pull a fresh length over the bed, tear it off after the service and throw it away.

How to use it
- Mount the roll on the paper holder at the head or foot of the bed, or keep it beside the bed.
- Pull the paper down the length of the bed before the client lies down.
- After the service, tear off the used length, throw it away and disinfect the bed surface.
Which width?
Lotus Smooth Exam Paper comes in three widths, all 225 feet long. Measure the bed and the roll holder, then pick the width that covers the area the client lies on.

Good to know
- Smooth paper has a flat finish, is strong for its weight and looks whiter. Crepe paper is the crinkled, textured kind, which is softer, quieter and more absorbent. Smooth rolls are also longer: 225 feet, against the 125 feet usual for crepe rolls.
- Single use. Change the paper for every client; never turn it over or reuse it.
- Paper is a barrier, not a disinfectant. Clean and disinfect the bed between clients as your local health rules require.
- Store rolls dry and off the floor.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We ship across Canada. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
3. Local Pickup
Live in the GTA? Skip the shipping fees!

• Pickup Hours: Mon-Sat 10 AM - 6 PM, Sunday 11 AM - 5 PM
• Process: Select "Pick up" at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready (usually within 2-4 hours).
4. Important Restrictions
Due to safety regulations, certain professional nail products are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) or "Flammable" (e.g., Acetone, Monomer, some Alcohol-based products).
• Ground Only: These items must be shipped via Ground transportation. They cannot be shipped via Express Air methods.
• If your cart contains DG items, Express shipping options may not be available at checkout.
5. Cold Weather Warning
Living in Canada, we know the cold!
Some products (like certain Gels or Lotions) can be sensitive to freezing temperatures. While we pack orders carefully, M1 Nail & Beauty Supply is not responsible for products damaged due to freezing during transit.
• Tip: If it is extremely cold (-10°C or below), we recommend monitoring your tracking closely to bring the package inside immediately upon delivery.
6. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item:
1. Take a photo of the damaged item and the box.
2. Email us at support@monesupply.ca within 48 hours of delivery.
3. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
