Which Lotus waxing roll should I use?
All four Lotus rolls are 3 inches wide and 100 yards long, about 400 nine-inch strips per roll. Soft Finish (light blue label) bends easily and suits the face, underarms and bikini line. Medium Finish (green label) is the all-round choice for arms and legs. Hard Finish (yellow label) is the firmest and suits legs, backs and other large areas. The Natural Muslin roll is labelled for all soft waxing.
Are Lotus "hard wax strips" for hard wax?
No. "Hard" describes the firmness of the fabric, not the wax. Every Lotus roll and pre-cut strip is plain fabric with no wax on it, used with a soft wax. Hard waxes set on the skin and are peeled off by hand, so they need no strips.
Should I buy a roll or pre-cut strips?
A pack of 100 pre-cut strips (3 x 9 inches) holds 25 yards of fabric, a quarter of one roll. Pre-cut strips save set-up time; a roll costs less per strip and can be cut short for brows or long for legs.
What size is Lotus exam paper?
Lotus Smooth Exam Paper comes 18, 21 and 24 inches wide (45.7, 53.3 and 61.0 cm), and every roll is 225 feet (68.6 m) long. At about 6 feet per client, one roll covers roughly 37 clients.
